About

Maria Pesavento

Two years as an art major at San Jose State University plus a hands on business background has taught me a broad range of skills from design to creating the "purchase funnel". I enjoyed twenty years of retailing, then started up and ran a wholesale plant nursery. Built my first website in 1997 and went professional in 2000. In my eleven years of web development, I've worked on a variety of projects with many utterly wonderful clients.

My approach to website development is to focus on the client's needs to help their business and improve their profit. Every website element from design to widgets should benefit the client's business.

From web development to eCommerce and eMarketing, Internet Technology is a powerful tool to decrease geographical isolation and enhance small business opportunities. I love working as an "art-trepreneur" and am passionate about developing strong and creative communities.

Community

I support the community that supports me. Thank you to all those businesses, groups and organisations that allow me to make a living. The following websites and design work are done as an unpaid volunteer:

Time available for volunteer work is now filled and no new projects will be considered.

Networking

Networking is both a business tool and a pleasure. I'm an active member of the Malanda Chamber of Commerce, Yungaburra Business Association, and Atherton Tableland Chamber of Commerce.

I'm looking forward to listening to your web requirements.
